Iconic flowers

Rose with “hundred leaves” Emblematic of the Pays de Grasse, this is an extraordinarily rich rose with exceptional fragrance.

This precious flower is fragile: if it is not harvested on the day it opens, it cannot be used. It is therefore picked every day of the month of its flowering, in May, hence its other name: the May Rose. In terms of olfactory note, the Centifolia rose is of unparalleled subtlety with floral notes of course, but also honey.

Jasmine

The one we grow is Jasmine Grandiflorum, or “large-flowered” jasmine.

To preserve all its qualities, we harvest it only at dawn, from July to October.
